The signing of the UCLA into law in the District of Columbia this past April 2012 will affect many in our community, as many of us practice in D.C. and Maryland.  In addition, the UCLA will be introduced as either Rule or Statute in Maryland again this year.  This program will explain what the passing of the UCLA means to our Collaborative practices, and will provide the information that all practitioners need to know to remain in compliance with the Act. The program will also detail the domestic violence screening requirements in the UCLA, provide tools for screening;  and provide information on local agency resources.
